Manager Strategy Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Strategy & Operations to work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team. This role will drive strategic initiatives, solve critical business problems, and ensure execution across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2C startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Office & Strategic InitiativesPartner directly with founders to drive high-priority business initiativesTranslate ambiguous problems into structured strategies and execution plansOwn end-to-end delivery of key projects impacting growth, revenue, and efficiency2. Data-Driven Decision MakingAnalyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decisionsBuild dashboards, track KPIs, and identify performance gapsAct as an Individual Contributor (IC) on critical analytical problem statements3. Business Operations & ExecutionDrive operational excellence across functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops)Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processesEnsure timely execution and measurable outcomes of initiatives4. Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and manage cross-functional projects across teamsAlign stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authorityCollaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives5. Team ManagementManage and mentor a small, high-performance teamEnsure strong ownership, output quality, and execution speed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: B.Tech from IIT / BITS and/or MBA from IIM (preferred)Experience:5+ years of total experience4+ years in Strategy / Operations / Founder’s Office roles in Series A+ B2C startups2+ years of strong hands-on experience working with data as an ICProven experience managing teams and delivering business outcomesStrong exposure to cross-functional project leadershipHigh ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilityAbility to thrive in ambiguity and high-growth environmentsAge preference: < 30 years
