Role: React JS+ TypeScript (Frontend Lead)
Skill : React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Firebase (Feature Flags, Firestore), REST APIs, CI/CD, Git, Performance Optimization, Production Support

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 5-7)
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript architecture design - Hands-on experience with Firebase (Feature Flags, Firestore, Auth, Hosting) - Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging - Proven ability to handle production support issues and root cause analysis - Experience leading a team of developers and reviewing code quality
Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Experience with package upgrade and microfrontend architecture - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation - Familiarity with Node.js for integration and tooling - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
