We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office.

概要：
今回、日本市場を担当するパラメトリック・スペシャリストを募集しています。天候リスクや自然災害リスクを対象としたパラメトリック・リスク移転ソリューションの提案・開発を通じて、日本およびアジア地域におけるビジネスの成長に貢献いただくポジションです。
クライアント、保険会社、社内関係者と連携し、リスクの特定・分析から、ソリューションの設計、マーケティング、交渉、契約締結まで、リスク移転プロセス全体をリードしていただきます。
We will count on you to / 業務内容：
日本市場におけるクライアントとの関係構築・強化を主導し、パラメトリック・ソリューションの認知度および導入を促進するとともに、収益の拡大を図る。
業界ごとのクライアントニーズやリスクエクスポージャーを分析し、地域およびグローバルのアナリティクスチームと連携しながら、最適なパラメトリック商品を設計・提案する。
国内のMarshチームと協働し、パラメトリック・ソリューションのマーケティング活動を推進するとともに、持続的な営業パイプラインを構築する。
パラメトリック商品や市場動向に関するクライアント向けプレゼンテーション、営業資料、社内外向けの研修コンテンツを作成する。
社内関係者、クライアント、保険会社、リスクマネージャーなど、さまざまなステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築・維持する。
クライアントや社内のミーティングに参加し、リスクエクスポージャーやソリューションの方向性について協議する。
パラメトリック・ソリューションの提案・組成プロセスにおいて、タームシートや見積概要を作成するほか、保険契約のレビュー、既存契約の損害額計算、案件および市場関係者に関する記録管理を行う。
What you need to have / 必要な経験スキル：
経済学、コーポレートファイナンス、または関連分野の学士号。
保険・再保険業界におけるブローカーまたはアンダーライターとしての経験を含む、5～10年程度の関連業務経験。
日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力。
複雑な天候リスクや自然災害リスクを、専門知識のない相手にも分かりやすく説明できる高いコミュニケーション能力。
論理的思考力、問題解決力、関係者を巻き込みながら合意形成を進める力に加え、優れたチームワーク、タイムマネジメント力、実行力を有すること。
What makes you stand out / 歓迎する経験スキル：
パラメトリック・ソリューション、天候リスク、自然災害リスク、または関連分野における業務経験。
数学、理系分野、その他の技術系分野の学位、または修士号。
保険およびリスク移転商品に関する知識、Microsoft Officeのスキル、特にExcelの実務経験。
