Job Description
We are looking for an AI Agent & MCP Developer to develop intelligent AI agents and integrate enterprise applications using the Model Context Protocol. This position will be full-time and hybrid Bengaluru.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop AI agents and agent-based workflows
Build and integrate MCP servers, tools, APIs, and enterprise applications
Develop AI solutions for engineering and business use cases
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
Test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI agent performance
What You’ll Need
Required:
5 to 7 years of experience in software development, AI, or engineering technology
Hands-on experience with AI agents, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Model Context Protocol
Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs
Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI application integration
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the TE Whitefield Office in Bengaluru
Preferred:
Experience developing AI solutions for engineering or enterprise business use cases
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, tools, and APIs
Knowledge of deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI agent performance
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
