Airbus Aerostructures treibt seine digitale Transformation voran. Wir suchen einen proaktiven SAP Specialist mit starker Projektleiter-Mentalität. Sie schlagen die Brücke zwischen Architektur Konzepten und praktischer Umsetzung, stellen die unterbrechungsfreie Betriebskontinuität unserer Altsysteme sicher und treiben gleichzeitig die operative Einsatzbereitschaft für unsere S/4HANA Cloud-Transformation voran.
Geltungsbereich (Scope): Core ERP, EWM, GTS, Technische Lösungen, S/4HANA Cloud und SAP BTP.
Tätigkeiten:
Technische Führung & Betrieb (On-Premise und Cloud): Sie agieren als primärer technischer Fachexperte (SME) und leiten die tiefe Systemadministration, SAP HANA-Datenbankoptimierung, Trace-Analysen sowie die Orchestrierung zentraler Infrastrukturen (Cloud Connector, Web Dispatcher, STMS/ChaRM, SSO) in hybriden Umgebungen.
Erweiterter S/4HANA-Betrieb & Migrationen: Sie leiten technische S/4HANA-Konvertierung Aktivitäten (einschließlich fortgeschrittener SUM/DMO-Operationen) und veranlassen S/4HANA Cloud-Testumgebungen, System-Refreshes sowie die Bereitstellung von Zielumgebungen.
Lifecycle-Management, Monitoring & Automatisierung: Sie steuern Systemerweiterungen und Release-Zyklen, verwalten Hochverfügbarkeits- und Disaster-Recovery-Setups, implementieren integrierte Monitoring-Frameworks (SAP Cloud ALM / BTP) und entwickeln Infrastructure-as-Code-Workflows zur Automatisierung manueller BASIS-Routinen.
Sicherheit, Compliance & Audit-Integrität: Sie setzen Systemwartungs-Protokolle, Patch-Orchestrierung und SSL/TLS-Zertifikat Verwaltungen durch. Sie überwachen Sicherheits-Logs, beheben Schwachstellen und leiten die technische Vorbereitung für interne und externe SAP-Audits in Abstimmung mit den Cybersecurity-Standards.
Projektmanagement & Service-Steuerung: Sie konzipieren, steuern und liefern komplexe technische Projekte zur Optimierung der ERP-Performance und -Transformationen. Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Serviceerbringung durch externe Partner voran und verwalten Integrations-Pipelines (REST/SOAP/RFC-APIs, SAP Event Mesh) über fachübergreifende Teams hinweg.
Qualifikation:
Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker mit langjähriger nachgewiesener Fortbildung oder eine auf anderem Wege erworbene gleichwertige Qualifikation.
Erfahrung & Mentalität: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ERP (SAP) BASIS- und Plattform-Infrastruktur-Administration komplexer, hybrider Systemlandschaften, gepaart mit einer zielgerichteten Projektleiter-Mentalität.
Technische Expertise: Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP HANA DB (Linux/Windows), SAP BTP, Cloud Connector und SAP Cloud ALM.
Kommunikation & Sprachen: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Stakeholder-Management in komplexen Unternehmensstrukturen. Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt; Deutschkenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil.

Airbus Aerostructures is pioneering its digital transformation, and we are seeking a proactive SAP Specialist with a strong leadership mindset. You will bridge architectural vision and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless business continuity across our legacy systems while steering operational readiness for our S/4HANA Cloud transition.
Scope: Core ERP, EWM, GTS, Technical Solutions, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP BTP.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Operations (On-Premise & Cloud): Act as the primary technical SME and lead deep-level administration, HANA DB optimization, trace analysis, and central infrastructure orchestration (Cloud Connectors, Web Dispatchers, STMS/ChaRM, SSO) across hybrid environments.
Advanced S/4HANA Operations & Migrations: Lead S/4HANA conversion activities—including advanced SUM/DMO transitions—and manage S/4HANA Cloud testing landscapes, system refreshes, and target provisioning.
Lifecycle Management, Monitoring & Automation: Drive system enhancements and release cycles, manage high-availability/disaster recovery setups, implement observability frameworks (SAP Cloud ALM / BTP), and design Infrastructure-as-Code workflows to automate standard BASIS routines.
Security, Compliance & Audit Readiness: Enforce system hardening, patch orchestration, and SSL/TLS certificate management. Monitor security/gateway logs, remediate vulnerabilities, and lead technical preparations for internal and external SAP audits in alignment with cybersecurity standards.
Project Management & Service Leadership: Ideate, steer, and deliver complex technical projects to optimize ERP performance and transformations. Drive continuous improvement in partner service delivery and manage connectivity pipelines (REST/SOAP/RFC APIs, SAP Event Mesh) across cross-functional teams.
Qualification:
Education: Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics OR a vocational degree as an IT Specialist with proven advanced training.
Experience & Mindset: Multi-year track record in SAP BASIS and platform infrastructure administration for complex hybrid landscapes, paired with a project-leading mindset.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP HANA DB (Linux/Windows), SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Communication & Languages: Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed organizations. Proficient in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
