Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Resolve receiving discrepancies and support quality control efforts.
Communicate with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues.
Track and report on warehouse productivity and KPIs.
Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
NITEC/ Diploma Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Forklift certification preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, physically active environment.
