ROLE OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Marketing Student, you will report to the Brand Lead Cardiometabolic Health and support marketing colleagues and cross-functional team with:
Adjusting global campaigns and materials to local requirements
Developing and updating presentations for healthcare professionals
Producing marketing materials on Lilly medicine for Account Managers
Incorporating clinical trial results into marketing materials
Supporting digital activities
Contributing to discussions with your perspective

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Final year of bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's degree in health science or business (e.g. pharmacy, molecular biomedicine, biotechnology, medicine)
Language skills: Finnish, strong English skills, Swedish is a plus
Software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of graphic or online platforms is a plus
Excited to learn about pharmaceutical products and science behind
Capable of working independently and under pressure, prioritizing work, taking initiative and responsibility
Structured, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects
Knowledge of strategic marketing and communications
Thrive in an intense, result-oriented and cross-functional work environment
Detail-oriented, reliable, and precise in execution
Comfortable sharing ideas for process enhancement
Strong communicator and quick learner
PRACTICALITIES:
Location: Oy Eli Lilly Finland Ab, Helsinki
Hourly pay, full-time preferred, part-time considered
Preferred starting date: 1st December, 2026 or earlier
Fixed term contract for 12 months
