Customer Service Executive
Qualification - Graduate Pursuing / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply
Shifts - Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)
5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
Location - JAIPUR (Pratap Nagar)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
CTC Offered-
Graduate Pursuing Monthly - RS 24,000/- IN HAND
Graduate Passed out Monthly - RS 26,000/- IN HAND
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).
- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and escalating issues when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)
Communication - Very Good Communication
