Provider Growth Manager

The Provider Growth Manager will drive sales, onboarding, and long-term growth among independent medical practices and referral partners across the United States.
This role focuses on expanding adoption of innovative, evidence-based digital mental health treatments for conditions such as insomnia and anxiety.
You will manage the full practice growth journey, from qualifying inbound leads and delivering product demonstrations to activating new accounts and generating repeat orders.
Working closely with sales, provider experience, clinical transformation, key accounts, and market access teams, you will help healthcare providers integrate digital therapeutics into their workflows.
The position combines full-cycle B2B sales, account management, provider education, and targeted business development.
As part of an evolving commercial channel, you will contribute to developing scalable sales processes, onboarding resources, and strategies that improve practice engagement.
