Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Performance Optimization.
Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance system performance and reliability.
Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
Ability to design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet performance benchmarks.
Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis in complex software environments.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IT Performance Optimization.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
