What You'll Be Doing
Receiving, logging, storing, and issuing samples and test items.
Preparing shipments and coordinating sample deliveries.
Supporting laboratory housekeeping, cleaning, and waste management.
Maintaining accurate documentation and databases.
Communicating with clients and internal teams regarding samples and paperwork.
Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and archiving
This role would suit someone from a wide range of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, logistics, warehouse operations, healthcare, scientific support, quality, or laboratory environments. You'll be:

Interested in working in a scientific environment, although a science background is not essential.
What you'll need:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Confidence using computer systems and handling information accurately.
No laboratory experience is required. Full training will be provided. We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, healthcare, logistics, warehouse, and other customer-focused or organised working environments.
