Web Accessibility Engineer

We're looking for Web Accessibility Engineers!
Responsibilities:
As a Web Accessibility Engineer on the team, this role requires a foundational understanding of technical accessibility standards to support remediation efforts using established testing methodologies.
You will perform accessibility evaluations of web applications, document findings clearly, and contribute actionable recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering throughout the project lifecycle, supporting accessibility reviews and helping ensure inclusive experiences are built into the product from the ground up.
You will also contribute to the team's accessibility training materials, tooling, and standards as you grow in the role.
Skills Required:
Foundational knowledge and experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to debug unfamiliar code and trace an issue to its root cause using browser developer tools
Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience
