JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to ensure operational excellence that enables our brands to thrive by improving warehouse performance, advancing continuous improvement, and supporting cost-efficient, technology-enabled operations across our European distribution network.
Working across company-operated and third-party logistics warehouses, you will use data, benchmarking, process improvement, and project management to identify performance gaps and turn opportunities into measurable results. You will collaborate with market teams, warehouse operators, and supply chain partners to improve efficiency, optimise throughput, and accelerate the adoption of robotics and automation.
You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.
Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger.

Contribute to the delivery of a 5% year-on-year savings ambition across approximately €250 million in warehouse expenditure.
Partner with in-market teams to identify savings and performance opportunities and translate them into clear, executable improvement plans.
Map and evaluate warehouse processes across Europe to identify inefficiencies, close performance gaps, and recommend best-in-class solutions for warehouse management and cost control.
Support the development and implementation of robotics and automation roadmaps for individual warehouses, with a focus on improving throughput and operational efficiency.
Manage improvement projects from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, execution, and benefits tracking.
Analyse operational and financial data from multiple sources to identify performance trends, improvement areas, and key cost drivers.
Collaborate with third-party transport and warehouse operators, contributing to structured performance reviews and effective follow-up actions.
Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members when required, sharing knowledge and promoting consistent ways of working.
