SAP RISE Program Manager

Job description:
SAP RISE Senior Program Manager Job summary Lead the SAP RISE migration program for coordinating work across SAP, Wipro, customer teams, infrastructure teams, and operations teams. Ensure that SAP systems are migrated successfully and that the people, processes, tools, governance, and support model are ready for normal operations after go-live. Program and Migration Management Manage end-to-end SAP RISE Wipro migration activities across systems and regions. Maintain the integrated migration plan, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and target dates. Coordinate planning, testing, cutover, go-live, cooling period, decommissioning, and handover activities. Track progress against the approved baseline and explain delays, changes, and recovery actions. Provide clear status updates to customers and leadership teams. Maintain program trackers, readiness trackers, actions, decisions, risks, and lessons learned. Identify risks caused by the move to SAP RISE and assign owners and mitigation actions. Coordinate security reviews, firewall and connectivity approvals, monitoring controls, and compliance discussions. Prepare information needed for audit, operational governance, and customer assurance. Ensure that evidence and stakeholder approvals are captured before a workstream is closed. Coordinate SAP RISE migration, SAP Basis, monitoring, FRUN, patching, backup and disaster recovery, Control-M, ServiceNow integration, security monitoring, network connectivity, firewall, and infrastructure activities. Work with technical leads to understand dependencies, readiness gaps, and implementation status. Turn technical information into clear program impacts, actions, decisions, and customer updates. Ensure that technical implementation, operational process design, and business readiness stay aligned. Initiate milestone invoicing post milestone completion. Monitor approval-to-invoice timelines and escalate delays that could impact revenue recognition or contractual commitments. Ensure all project deliverables, customer sign-offs, invoicing triggers, and commercial approvals are properly documented and auditable. ServiceNow Integration with SAP For Me and Process Transformation Resource and Capability Management Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Extensive experience managing SAP transformation and migration programs. Strong understanding of SAP RISE, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud migration methodologies.
