Operations Transformation - Vice President - Change, Analytics & Strategy

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President in Operations Transformation team in Firmwide Operations division. He will be responsible for driving Microsoft Dynamics Solutions at scale for Global Operations.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Manager position at Vice President level within the Firmwide operations division.

Strong understanding of AI implementation in software developmentGood understanding of Agents, Agentic AI WorkflowRegional owner/point person for all Dynamics related items (EMEA)Experience with delivering technology products to delight end-usersStrong analytical skills and business orientationAbility to define business outcomes, KPI against the business value delivered and communicate progress and escalate issues.Ability to operate independently across the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities
What You'll Bring To The Role
12 + yrs. Relevant experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI or Dynamics or Microsoft Power PlatformOwn the product backlogs, prioritize, sequencing and apply the agile framework.Strong verbal and written communication. Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguityStrong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by strong project management skills.Goal-oriented, work well in teams and embrace a transformational mindset.Front-to-back knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team with a comprehensive understanding of job-related operational/compliance policies and proceduresAbility to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks on the operational budgetAbility to address non-standard issues within area of expertiseCulture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you
