Job Duties:
The Lead Scripter - Would be involved in developing PRASE scripts based on the specifications provided. This role would involve working very closely with the business analysts (more in a pair programming mode)
Extensive and demonstrable experience (atleast 6 years in relation to):
Experience in some scripting language
Experience in writing SQL analysis which is required for data analysis.
Experience in unit testing of the developed code.
Working with customers, Business analysts in understanding the business requirements.
This would also involve creating documentation around scripts
Experience implementing North American Life & Annuity products on Policy Administration systems is a plus
Knowledge of Group and Individual North American L&A Insurance domain a definitive plus.
Estimating the effort required to build the scripts
Identifying opportunities to meet customer business objectives using business logic and configuring applications to meet those objectives
Mandatory Skills:
Degree in Math / related
Experience working in software companies building software in above areas for 5-10 years
Desired Skills:
Experience on Life, health, Annuity or supporting those products
Experience working on Production Support type of projects
