Job Purpose
This role is responsible for planning and managing the sourcing and purchasing activities for a legal entity. This position is a fixed-term role for a period of appr. two years.
Key Responsibilities
Act as single point of contact for all Purchasing and Sourcing related activities
Ensure Purchase Request and Purchase Order Process is operational, and all Purchase Orders are issued in time
Support the supplier onboarding process
Support Finance Shared Service with invoice issues
Conduct Contract Management with Vendors and Functional leads and ensure contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Data Processing Agreements and other documents are available at vendor and Purchase Order creation
Support Functional leads with Vendor Management and Communication regarding contract completion, orders or cancellations
Communication Services, Mobile Communication including supplier portal administration, reporting contracts and other supporting tasks
Maintain and publish work instructions and information on internal platforms and communication channels
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
2-3 years of related IT work experience would be preferred
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
SAP ERP application experience required
Interpersonal communication and coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees, leaders at various levels, and other customers.
Coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills
Fluency and ability to conduct business in the English and German languages
