Sr. Manager, LOA and Accommodations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, LOA and Accommodations based in the United States.
The Sr. Manager, LOA and Accommodations will lead and develop the leave of absence and workplace accommodations function within a growing, multi-state organization.
This strategic and hands-on leadership role combines program development, regulatory compliance, complex case management, and employee support.
You will oversee the full leave lifecycle, manage accommodation requests, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Working closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Benefits teams, you will build consistent processes that balance business requirements with employee needs.
You will also manage vendor relationships, optimize HR systems and workflows, and develop reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into compliance, costs, and operational trends.
