Job Title: Recruiter / HR Recruiter
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Target-Based)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to source suitable candidates, and a target-driven approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.
Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
A laptop/computer and a stable internet connection are preferred.
