As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system integrity and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
Strong knowledge of incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability.
Ability to analyze complex system issues and provide timely solutions.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
