Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lead/Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework with a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain being a plus. This role involves day shift work with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Implement and optimize Integration Frameworks to support scalable and efficient system communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that align with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Create detailed technical documentation for integration processes and workflows to support future scalability.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand the Life and Annuities Insurance domain and tailor solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
Enhance existing integration solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or issues.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and integration technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Train and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of integration solutions before deployment.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework with hands-on experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
Have a solid understanding of system troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Showcase knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance domain as a nice-to-have skill.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Display a commitment to adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Demonstrate the ability to create detailed technical documentation for integration processes.
