Ready to turn data into commercial impact?
Do you enjoy uncovering insights, spotting trends, and helping sales teams make better decisions? We're looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing EMEA team and play a key role in driving performance through data, reporting, and operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business reporting, or commercial analysis who wants to work closely with sales leaders across Europe. You'll help transform data into actionable insights, improve reporting processes, maintain CRM data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the business.
If you're naturally curious, analytically minded, and love bringing structure to complex data, we'd love to hear from you.

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards
Analyse sales, pipeline, customer, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Deliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making

Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you'll be more than a report creator. You'll be the person who asks the right questions, challenges unusual data, and helps stakeholders understand what the numbers really mean.
We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical skills with commercial awareness and confidently communicate insights to the business.
