As a member of the Process Industrialization team, you will help define, develop, and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role will primarily focus on broach process development, including defining & testing new processes, improving existing processes, and supporting successful transfer into production.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
You'll be the technical lead for broach process development — defining, validating, optimizing, and handing off processes that meet the precision and reliability demands of HDGT production.
Lead end-to-end broach process development, including process definition, parameter optimization, tool selection, and industrialization for turbine and compressor wheel applications
Validate process readiness by interpreting engineering drawings, fixture stack-ups, cut charts, and broach cutter data

We're looking for someone who has done this work — in turbine, compressor, or aerospace environments — and is ready to own it independently.
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in production process and equipment development OR a High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in production process and equipment development
Hands-on experience developing and optimizing CNC broach processes in a production environment
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation including drawings, cut charts, and fixture stack-ups
Ability to work onsite in Greenville, SC, with schedule flexibility when project timelines require it
Preferred:
Bachelor's of Master's degree in Engineering or Machine Tool Technology
Experience broaching turbine or compressor wheels in the power generation or aerospace industries
Familiarity with Hoffmann RASMX 8-axis broaching machines
Experience machining high-temperature superalloys common in HDGT or aerospace manufacturing
Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement background
