Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup
Welcome customers with genuine warmth and provide professional, attentive service in a fast-paced environment
Share detailed menu knowledge and support customers with allergen awareness and dietary information to meet their individual needs
Maintain the coffee bar in an organized, clean, and visually appealing condition at all times
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies efficiently, and communicate stock needs to the team in a timely manner
Process transactions accurately using the till system and handle payments with integrity and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support colleagues as needed, fostering a positive work environment
Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect BM Caterers' commitment to quality and service excellence
Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and peak service periods while maintaining high standards and composure

Familiarity with till systems and payment processing technology (preferred)
Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by operational needs (preferred)
