About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER I will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the Admin and Billing experience used by enterprise IT teams and administrators. This role is responsible for aligning product strategy with customer needs and business goals, focusing on subscription management, licensing, governance, and billing processes. The position influences cross-functional teams and drives innovation, including the application of AI to improve customer workflows.
Responsibilities:
Define vision and strategy based on customer needs, company objectives, and industry practices
Align strategy and investments with technical and product leaders
Understand customer purchasing and subscription management processes
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and pricing teams on go-to-market strategies
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product features responsibly
Use AI tools to support research, prototyping, analysis, and documentation
Present strategy and roadmaps to senior leadership
Partner with research, design, and engineering to deliver quality experiences
Utilize data to guide experimentation and product decisions
Lead quantitative experiments and hypothesis testing with relevant teams
Communicate product status and insights broadly
Produce clear strategy, execution, and requirements documentation
Balance strategic and tactical responsibilities
Support additional duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of product management experience
Proven collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and marketing
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-scale, user-focused platforms
Data-driven approach emphasizing metrics and experimentation
Experience with agile development and frequent releases
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience managing complex B2B or consumer software products
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity
Judicious use of AI in product features considering predictability and user trust
Technical background or equivalent experience partnering with engineers
Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team partnerships
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
