About the Role
The Operations Lead will support day-to-day execution of Los Angeles operations by coordinating driver routes, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining warehouse readiness, and helping the Operations Manager keep the team running smoothly. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers and warehouse employees, helps maintain team accountability, and supports training and development to ensure consistent, reliable operations.
Schedule: Work a consistent four-day, 10-hour shift schedule; scheduled workdays may change based on operational needs.
Compensation: $2 per hour increase from current rate
