Job Title: Associate Manager, Hedge Fund Accounting
Locations: San Francisco, CA (hybrid) or Walnut Creek, CA (hybrid)

How You Will Make an Impact
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the U.S. Client Service Fund Accounting team, helping manage workflow, priorities, and deliverables.
Supervise, coach, and mentor accounting professionals while supporting their growth and development.
Review fund accounting deliverables, including P&L reporting, NAV calculations, pricing, and economic allocations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, partner capital statements, and other client reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a key point of contact and ensuring high-quality service.
Support new client onboardings, fund launches, reorganizations, and platform conversions.
Resolve fund accounting and operational issues while escalating complex matters as appropriate.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to team members and clients.
Coordinate audit requests and support the external audit process.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, testing, and implementation projects.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of fund accounting experience with a hedge fund administrator
1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, audit support, and investor allocations
Solid understanding of corporate actions
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and hedge fund accounting principles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with a broad range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, futures, foreign exchange, mortgages, or options
