Microsoft Windows Server SME

Position Description
The candidate should possess strong hands on expertise across Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell automation, clustering, patching, security hardening, virtualization, and hybrid/cloud environments.
The role requires strong L3/L4 troubleshooting capabilities, root cause analysis, automation skills, infrastructure lifecycle management, and the ability to lead complex incidents and technical changes.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Server Administration
Install, configure, administer, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems.
Manage large scale physical and virtual Windows Server estates.
Perform OS migration, in place upgrades, server builds, decommissioning, and lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot CPU, memory, storage, filesystem, networking, boot, service, application dependency, and OS performance issues.
Analyze Windows Event Logs, performance counters, crash dumps, service failures, and system/application logs.
