Your Role
As a Junior Power BI Developer at Capgemini, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineering teams to develop reports, dashboards, and data models that provide actionable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities & Scope
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
Create interactive visualizations and KPI dashboards that support business reporting needs.
Transform business requirements into meaningful reports and analytical solutions.
Assist in the design and implementation of self-service reporting capabilities.
Data Modeling & Analytics
Develop and maintain Power BI data models using industry best practices.
Create and optimize calculations, measures, and KPIs using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including:
SQL Databases
Excel Files
SharePoint
Cloud-Based Data Sources
Support data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
Report Development & Optimization
Troubleshoot reporting issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Optimize dashboard performance and improve report usability.
Assist with testing and validation activities to ensure report accuracy and reliability.
Support report deployment and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaboration & Documentation
Gather and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and business users to deliver analytics solutions.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for dashboards, reports, and data sources.
Provide end-user support and basic training for Power BI reports and reporting tools.
