Job Description
Auxiliar os professores na condução das atividades pedagógicas e recreativas.
Acompanhar as crianças durante as rotinas escolares, incluindo alimentação, higiene e organização dos pertences, conforme a faixa etária e as orientações da escola.
Apoiar a organização dos ambientes e dos materiais utilizados nas atividades.
Auxiliar no acompanhamento das crianças durante deslocamentos, brincadeiras e demais atividades dentro e fora da sala de aula.
Observar e comunicar aos professores situações relevantes relacionadas ao comportamento, ao bem-estar e às necessidades das crianças.
Apoiar a integração e a participação das crianças nas atividades, respeitando suas necessidades individuais e incentivando o desenvolvimento progressivo da autonomia.
Colaborar com a equipe docente na manutenção de um ambiente seguro, acolhedor e adequado ao desenvolvimento infantil.
