Build employer partnerships: Reach out to local businesses, develop employment opportunities, and promote inclusive hiring.
Support workplace success: Provide job coaching, onboarding assistance, and follow-up to help individuals maintain employment.
Build community connections: Collaborate with employers, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
Track progress and maintain records: Complete case notes, service documentation, and required reports accurately and on time.
Manage your caseload: Coordinate multiple priorities and meet service deadlines while working independently throughout the surrounding communities.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is dependable, organized, adaptable, and genuinely interested in helping others succeed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a community-based environment.
Valid driver's license and a reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Ability to successfully complete required background screenings.
Your Experience Could Be a Great Fit!

Experience in any of the following areas can be beneficial:
Vocational rehabilitation or supported employment
Disability services or human services
Career counseling, coaching, or mentoring
Case management or community-based services
Workforce development or recruiting
Job coaching or employment support
Employer outreach or relationship management
