Role Description The Sr. Graphic Designer at CareerBloc will lead the creation of visual assets across digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and brand collateral. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi involves conceptualizing and executing design ideas, developing visual guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Sr. Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into clear, engaging visual communication. A core responsibility is to leverage AI design tools (AI tools experience must) for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization, while maintaining strong design standards. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to design strategy, and managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills in graphics and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality work.
Experience in logo design and branding, including developing and maintaining brand identity systems.
Solid understanding of typography and its application in digital and print layouts.
Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools (e.g., generative image tools, layout or automation tools) and ability to integrate them into the design process.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate design decisions clearly.
Minimum of 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced or creative agency environment.
Relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
