Social Media Intern

What will you work on?
Social Media Management: Assist in managing Dineout Mag’s social media pages and maintaining a consistent posting schedule
Content Calendar & Scheduling: Help plan, organise, schedule, and publish content across platforms.
Content Strategy & Execution: Support the execution of social media strategies and content series to improve reach and engagement.
Page Management: Keep pages updated by managing stories, bios, highlights, comments, DMs, and broadcast channels.
Audience Engagement: Create interactive stories, engage with followers, and help build an active online community.
Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, track key metrics, and share insights to help improve engagement and reach.
Trendspotting: Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and relevant F&B conversations to identify content opportunities.
LinkedIn Support: Assist in creating and publishing content that strengthens Dineout Mag’s professional presence.
Creator Collaborations: Identify potential creators and influencers for collaborations and audience growth.
Who are we looking for?
3-6 months of experience in social media management or a related role; relevant internship experience is welcome.
Hands-on familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
A good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
An interest in food, restaurants, and the F&B landscape is a plus.
A proactive, organised, and creative individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
