Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3-8 years of experience in Personal Loan, Unsecured Lending, Credit Card, or Retail Asset Sales.
Strong understanding of retail lending products and processes.
Drive Personal Loan business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate leads through open market, referrals, and channel partners.
Recruit, manage, and motivate DSAs/direct sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct customer meetings and understand financing requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing.
Maintain portfolio quality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Monitor competition and identify market opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and MIS on a regular basis.
