Role OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who can manage client relationships end-to-end while driving hiring outcomes across multiple roles.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both:working closely with clients and founders,and executing strong recruitment processes to close top talent.You will act as the bridge between clients, candidates, and internal recruiting operations.
ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementManage relationships with startup founders, hiring managers, and talent teamsUnderstand hiring requirements, team structures, and role expectationsConduct intake calls and align on hiring strategyShare regular hiring updates, pipelines, and candidate feedbackBuild long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionSource and screen candidates across engineering, AI, product, and startup rolesCoordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelinesEvaluate candidate fit across technical skills, communication, and cultureMaintain strong turnaround times and candidate experienceWork with recruiters and sourcing teams to improve delivery quality
Operations & CoordinationManage multiple open roles simultaneouslyTrack hiring metrics and pipeline progressEnsure smooth coordination between clients and candidatesImprove recruitment workflows and hiring processesUse AI tools and recruitment platforms effectively
Requirements0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or account managementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience handling clients directly is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong ownership mindset and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience hiring for tech or startup roles is a plus
