Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development: Create always-on content strategies and digital-first campaigns that resonate with client objectives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent storytelling, tone of voice, and brand visuals across all social media platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and reach.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to optimize content strategies.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members across various projects.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media/content, preferably in an agency setting with consumer-facing brands; B2B experience is preferred.
Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital culture, content formats, and platform-specific nuances.
Campaign Leadership: Proven ability to lead social media campaigns from ideation to reporting.
Communication Skills: Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with strategy and data-driven decision-making.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
