Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs an IT Support Engineer, you will provide day-to-day technical support, manage IT assets, and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network access for the India team.Key ResponsibilitiesHelpdesk & SupportResolve hardware, software, and access requests raised through the helpdeskSet up and configure laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new joinersTroubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and application issues for end usersSystems & Asset ManagementMaintain the IT asset register and manage licences and warrantiesApply security patches and enforce endpoint-security policyDocument recurring issues and build self-service guides for common requestsIdeal Candidate Profile2 to 5 years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or systems administrationWorking knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity and collaboration toolsFamiliarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and basic networkingClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsCompTIA A+, Network+, or an equivalent certificationExperience supporting a distributed or remote workforceExposure to MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) for device managementWhat We OfferA it support engineer seat at a European manufacturer's India shared-services centreRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementA support seat that keeps the whole India office productiveOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
