Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across applications and technology platforms.
🔹 Drive application architecture, modernization, scalability, and technical standards.
🔹 Lead engineering teams across development, integration, DevOps, QA, and application support.
🔹 Establish SDLC governance, CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps practices.
🔹 Ensure application reliability, production stability, disaster recovery, and technology risk management.
🔹 Manage technology roadmaps, engineering resources, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✅ 15+ years of technology/engineering experience.
✅ Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and large-scale engineering delivery.
✅ Expertise in Java/.NET, APIs, microservices, cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.
✅ Capital markets, stock broking, trading platforms, OMS/RMS experience preferred.
✅ Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and business-critical technology platforms.
