Hands on experience on data structures, algorithmic thinking, and code quality to build efficient and clean solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance application performance and scalability.
