Role Description
We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, and AI Software Engineers to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to qualified professionals worldwide, regardless of nationality. Both full-time employment and contract-based collaboration are available, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional software development experience and practical experience using AI-assisted development tools.
Depending on their expertise, engineers will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, web applications, and AI-powered software solutions, focusing on reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, developing APIs, integrating databases and AI technologies, reviewing code, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing existing systems.
Engineers will collaborate with internationally distributed team members, participate in technical discussions, contribute to software architecture decisions, and continuously improve development workflows.
We particularly value engineers who can effectively collaborate with AI-powered coding tools while maintaining independent technical judgment and responsibility for code quality.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, and system design.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, Go, or equivalent.
• Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Backend Development, Full Stack Development, or AI Application Development.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and modern software development practices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and maintainable system design.
• Familiarity with Git, version control systems, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent technologies.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and software optimization while independently reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills, including the ability to participate in technical discussions, remote meetings, and international team collaboration.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English and communicate project progress clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-management, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience integrating AI APIs, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI agent systems into software applications.
• Familiarity with scalable system architecture, application security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with international, distributed, or cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience delivering production-ready software solutions from development through deployment.
