Associate Architect

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, site reliability engineering (SRE), production support, or related operational roles.
Strong hands on experience with Terraform and Python
Experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar tools.
Experience creating and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and dashboard solutions.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and HTTP communications.
Experience working with development teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL).
Experience with Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Splunk Observability, ITSI, Rigor, or related Splunk products.
Experience with synthetic monitoring platforms and tools such as Selenium, WebDriver, JMeter, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
Experience developing automation solutions using Python or other scripting languages.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with IT service management and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow.
