Role Description The Warehouse Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. This includes supervising receiving and dispatch activities, ensuring accurate stock recording, and maintaining proper storage conditions. The role manages inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and documentation to minimize discrepancies and stock loss. The Warehouse Incharge coordinates with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and service standards. The position also involves enforcing safety procedures, overseeing equipment usage, and guiding warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to manage and reconcile stock levels accurately.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse workflows.
Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and general material handling knowledge to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.
Candidates should have good communication and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, inventory software) for reporting and coordination.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to lead and supervise warehouse staff.
