🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or MBA in Tourism / Travel & Tourism Management.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Prior sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages is preferred.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, calling, and regular follow-ups.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and holiday packages.
Conduct client meetings and understand travel requirements.
Handle price negotiations and close sales.
Manage flight tickets, hotel reservations, transfers, and sightseeing bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers.
Handle end-to-end travel operations and customer support.
Maintain customer relationships and provide pre- and post-booking assistance.
