Position: Senior Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $120/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Apply open-source engineering experience to real software engineering work.
Contribute to AI model training, evaluation, and improvement.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data quality.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Leverage technical skills and tools to drive impactful solutions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Senior, Staff, or Principal Software Engineer experience.
Active contribution to open-source projects with recent commits.
Maintenance or contribution to projects with 100+ GitHub stars or clear package usage.
