Role Description This is a full-time remote Web Development Intern role. The intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of the company website and web applications, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with front-end interfaces, contributing to back-end functionality, fixing bugs, and optimizing site performance. The intern will collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to implement content updates, improve user journeys, and support integration of digital tools. The role also involves testing features across browsers and devices, documenting changes, and learning best practices in secure, scalable web development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Web Development, with exposure to both Front-End Development and Web Design.
Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development, including basic understanding of server-side logic and database interaction.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is an advantage.
Experience or coursework in responsive design, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging tools is beneficial.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
