A fast-scaling digital growth consultancy operating across Southeast Asia and India, we help brands break through noise with data-driven performance marketing engines. We build, test, and scale omnichannel acquisition funnels — blending paid media, attribution science, and creative optimisation — to drive measurable ROI for clients in e-commerce, SaaS, and fintech verticals.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms — from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting.
Build and manage multi-touch attribution models to assign accurate value to channels and creative variants.
Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages, A/B testing messaging, visuals, and CTAs.
Manage budgets and forecasts across client accounts, ensuring CPA/ROAS targets are met or exceeded with real-time bid and audience adjustments.
Conduct competitive intelligence and market scans to identify emerging channels, audiences, and creative trends.
Present performance dashboards and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders — translating data into actionable growth plays.
