Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and building finance teams.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have end-to-end ownership of financial operations, including accounting, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), compliance, audits, treasury, and banking relationships.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong P&L management experience, including product-wise profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with proven ability to drive margin improvements.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) including annual budgeting, variance analysis (budget vs actuals), and financial forecasting at business unit level

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience in MIS reporting and dashboarding, including board-level MIS, financial KPIs, and business performance analytics
