Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Web Developer role based in Janakpuri. The Frontend Web Developer will build and maintain user-facing features for Criclive.in, ensuring fast, responsive, and intuitive interfaces across devices. Responsibilities include translating design mockups into clean, efficient code, optimizing pages for performance, and collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and content teams to deliver seamless user experiences. The role involves troubleshooting UI issues, implementing new features on the fan discussion page and live commentary sections, and maintaining consistent branding and usability. The developer will also monitor site behavior, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas to enhance engagement for cricket fans worldwide.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design for creating intuitive, mobile-friendly user interfaces.
Solid understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles, including performance optimization and code quality.
Basic familiarity with Back-End Web Development to effectively collaborate with server-side engineers and integrate APIs.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Experience working with UX/UI designers and translating wireframes or prototypes into production-ready interfaces.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug cross-browser and cross-device issues in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams in Janakpuri.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in cricket and sports media is highly beneficial.
