Job Description:
Manage the Hailo Developer Zone, including registration, gated access, permission models, and content tiers.
Coordinate software release publishing across the website, Developer Zone, and community platforms.
Manage software, documentation, and downloadable content distribution.
Administer documentation publishing and release coordination with relevant internal teams.
Manage customer and developer registration, gated delivery, entitlements, and download permissions.
Administer HubSpot workflows and coordinate integrations with Salesforce and website registration systems.
Manage customer communications for software releases, product updates, and developer engagement programs.
Oversee community operations, moderation workflows, vendor coordination, and escalation paths.
Coordinate with Communiteq, Kapa AI, Group 107, and related support processes.
Document operating models, access requirements, dependencies, vendors, account ownership, business rules, and escalation paths.
Train Microchip personnel and hand off digital ecosystem operations to designated owners and support teams.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required Experience
Deep knowledge of the Hailo Developer Zone and associated operational processes.
Experience managing developer portals, gated content systems, permission models, and user entitlement processes.
Experience administering software release publishing workflows and downloadable content distribution.
Familiarity with documentation publishing and release coordination across engineering, product management, and support teams.
Experience with WordPress-based website operations, custom plugins, publishing processes, and operational dependencies.
Understanding of website hosting, infrastructure dependencies, storage and download architecture, and IT-managed systems.
Experience managing customer and developer registration workflows and user journeys.
Experience administering HubSpot for lead capture, newsletters, marketing campaigns, release communications, and engagement tracking.
Experience coordinating HubSpot integrations with Salesforce and website registration systems.
Experience operating developer communities, including moderation, escalation workflows, and vendor coordination.
Experience managing external vendors, requirements, issue triage, and operational support relationships.
