Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineering role based in Sambalpur. The Junior Engineer will support senior engineers in project planning, design, and implementation, including preparing technical drawings, basic calculations, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with site inspections, collecting and organizing data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and helping ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, updating project reports, and participating in review meetings to learn from feedback and improve outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience and mentorship in a professional engineering environment.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of engineering principles in a relevant discipline (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and basic project documentation.
Comfort with using standard engineering and office software tools for calculations, reporting, and communication.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical field.
Interest in field work, site visits, and practical problem solving; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
